This award is one of the most honorific, but in the shadow of black bonfires, the certification is bittersweet a little bit. We continue to work with friends from India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and many other countries, so the water and the air can be cleaner even in those places, where it currently isn’t. So there can be food, where there isn’t yet. So there can be human dignity even in places, where the lack of access currently makes it impossible. In our lifetimes there’s little chance for this yet. But we believe, that our homes can only become safe, and worthy residences for people, if we unite from tens of thousands of miles, and doing millimeter long steps for a more worthy, more peaceful and cleaner world. The acknowledgment touched me deeply. Thank you very much!

Because my main area of expertise revolves around adult education, training and upskilling, I provide in this article a sample of a "look and vary" set of questions. At the event of the Yoga House in Perczel Street, Pécs, I gave a presentation based on the ideas of my "Wealth Creation" training, entitled "Wealth Creation and Spirituality". In an interactive session we looked into the beliefs about money and wealth, examined some of the things we had learned and discarded some "wealth seeds".

Participation in LEAP project meeting in Szentgyörgy, Slovakia /2022.10.06./

Work on LEAP - Local Adult Education Policy project meeting. We gathered together with colleagues from some countries - Spain, Italy, Slovakia, Portugal - to discuss the next common step to take adult education in Europe one step further. The LEAP (Local Adult Education Policy) addresses actors and policy makers in local and regional adult education organisation and policies with suggestions and examples. The project aims to contribute to the Europe 2020 Strategy target of 15% adult participation in learning. This requires the promotion of better adult learning policies. Through LEAP, local authorities will be targeted to understand and appreciate the importance of adult learning and be prepared to design local adult learning (and/or skills development) tools.

Competencies & Skills in Adult Teaching /2014.01.30./

Competences - as we can see in the adult learning students and teachers of course – can be understandable as a complex knowledge, skill and abilities combination , increase the attitudes also. They needed to use a specific activity, leading to results. Knowledge are some concepts, ideas, principles, theories and practices. It relates to a field of practice, work or study. Skills should be understood as a capacity learned or acquired through training in order to perform actions by applying knowledge.
